List of Common Checkout Issues. These are from most common to least common.
- Cookies: If you experience issues at checkout, try clearing your browser cookies and site data.
- Billing Info: An AVS error means the billing address doesn’t match what your bank has on file. Please double-check and re-enter.
- Orders Over $550: Purchases above $550 may trigger a bank verification step. Your bank will send a text or email to the contact info they have for you.
- Approval Failed: If approval isn’t confirmed, the transaction will be declined and may be temporarily flagged for security.
- Card Declines: Declines may be due to insufficient funds or bank restrictions. Contact your bank to see if they’ve received our request.
