Wireless Emergency Stop Systems
Wireless emergency stop kits done safely, smart, and affordably. Our 900 MHz long-range mesh remote control lets you control up to five pieces of equipment from up to 4,000 feet in real time, using one wireless emergency stop transmitter or a combination of up to six transmitters and receivers. The system is certified Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 under IEC 61508 and Performance Level (PL) e under EN ISO 13849-1.

Receivers
Every system starts with a receiver with two independent solid-state sourcing outputs rated 5A each. One output is normally ON and turns OFF in an E-stop condition, then resets to ON when the E-stop switch is returned to neutral/safe. The second output is also normally ON and turns OFF in an E-stop condition, but requires recycling machine power after the switch is returned to a safe position to clear the output.
- Mobile DC receiver: 9-30VDC, epoxy potted for total protection
- Industrial receiver: two Form A relays rated 6A each, 110-240VAC power supply included
Redundancy is built into both ends of the system. The transmitter uses two normally closed switches wired in series, and the receiver uses a third output to activate the two main outputs.
