RANGER Wireless Retrofit System
The RANGER system delivers a simple, cost-effective way to convert manual hydraulic valves to full wireless control, no complex hydraulics or expensive valve replacements required.
Each valve section is equipped with a rugged linear actuator, controlled directly by a weatherproof wireless receiver and compact handheld transmitter. The receiver drives the actuator in both directions, giving operators smooth, responsive control from a safe distance.
With no special programming tools required, you can easily set both slow and fast stroke positions to match your exact application. The result is precise, repeatable valve control tailored to your equipment.
Built for demanding environments, both the receiver and actuator are fully weatherproof and vibration resistant. The system provides up to a conservatively rated 1,000 feet of operating range. The heavy-duty linear actuator delivers 90 lbs. of force with a 3” stroke and features an internal clutch, allowing the valve to safely spring back to neutral when not actively commanded.
